Top 20 Training Outsourcing Companies

Tata Interactive Systems was selected in the Top 20 Training Outsourcing Companies 2011. Brandon Hall Award winner

HAL Lifeboat Assistant program won the Brandon Hall Silver Award 2010 in the Custom Content category. A "novel" concept by TIS - a graphic novel, in fact - this program aims to increase the knowledge of lifeboat assistants on operating life-saving equipment, and in the process, improving performance while executing survival-skill procedures. A total of 214 entries were submitted for the award. The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior judges.


Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Learning In Practice (LIP) Awards - Certificate of Merit winner

The editors of Chief Learning Officer magazine presented the Certificate of Merit in recognition of innovative and industry-leading work in the Excellence in Simulations & Games category to Tata Interactive Systems. It was awarded to TIS for the simulation developed for the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), New York. The simulation was created in response to FIT’s need to enable its students to develop business acumen with an immersive and engaging program to help them understand the business implications of interpreting forecast reports, planning a fashion line, selecting fabric suppliers and points of origin, and other details associated with product data management.

 

Association of Educational Publishers (AEP) Distinguished Achievement Award winner

Pearson Perspective won the Association of Educational Publishers’ (AEP) Distinguished Achievement Award 2008 for Curriculum and Specialized Audience Instruction in Grades 9-12. TIS developed the Study Guides that are hosted on this platform.


Golden Peacock Award winner

Tata Interactive Systems (TIS) received the Special Commendation Certificate for CSR initiatives in the field of Learning Disabilities at the Golden Peacock Global Awards 2010. The award was presented during a ceremony at the Hotel Radisson Blu in Lisbon, Portugal. TIS was also invited to share a presentation on its Corporate Sustainability initiative and strategies during the event. The presentation shed light on the existing scenario of Learning Disabilities (LD) in India and highlighted TIS’ endeavors towards improving the scenario through sustained efforts since 2002.

 

IT Training Award winner

ICICI DQM GamBLs™ won the Bronze at the IT Training Awards in the E-learning Project of the Year category. The ITT Awards recognize outstanding examples of high standards, best practice, innovation and excellence within IT training. The Awards were presented at the Dorchester, Park Lane, London, at the Institute's prestigious Awards Dinner on 7 February 2008. The Awards are firmly established as the benchmark for excellence throughout the IT training industry. All completed entries were assessed by an independent panel of judges followed by a 30-minute presentation to a separate judging panel for each award, during November/December 2007.
